Job Description Job Classification: Contract The mortgage bank at is looking for a BSA to work on a team that supports 15 different applications for the Bank. The applications serve various functions for the mortgage bank and are customer facing. For example, they support the application that customers use so they can see the different mortgage rates and offerings. They also support the application that customers use to submit their mortgage documents through once they've been approved. Candidates will be responsible for creating functional specifications, documenting use cases, defining business rules, creating impact matrix, process flow diagrams and mock-ups/prototypes. They should have experience with UML and Visio. They will be working closely with the business application owners so they must be able to build relationships. This is BAU and the projects are upgrades, changes etc to existing applications. Each applications has about 5 releases a year. They are working on the June 2013 changes/releases right now.
