CSHM LLC, one of the nation’s largest dental practice management companies for the underserved adolescent population, seeks a capable leader and problem-solver for its Regional Operations Team.  The selected individual will work closely with the leadership team of each affiliated Dental Center in the region (Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas) to ensure best practices while maintaining high quality and standards. Candidates must be energetic, disciplined, self-starters who work well in a fast-paced environment and can easily adjust to changing priorities


  • Provide operational direction to 8–12 dental centers
  • Train new and existing Office Managers and center staff
  • Provide leadership and consultation services for dental centers
  • Assist with the set up, training and opening of new dental centers within the region
  • Support daily operations within the region when necessary
  • Respond to operational concerns timely and effectively; be accessible and responsive
  • Support the achievement of performance targets and budgeted goals through a respectful, forward thinking and motivational style
  • Assist in the development of coordinated best practices and effective workflows in all areas of customer service delivery, office administration, and back-office operations
  • Provide training and development to ensure that all staff demonstrates knowledge of the business model, operating procedures, and protocols
  • Provide direction and support in order to maintain acceptable Accounts Receivable levels
  • Work with staff to ensure customer satisfaction with a focus on growth of customer base
  • Continuous assessment of all staffing needs to ensure successful recruitment and retention for new and existing dental centers
  • Act as a liaison and advocate on behalf of the individual dental practices to various management company departments and Senior Management



    • Job Requirements
    • Experience managing multi-site dental/medical practices is required
    • Strong clinical operation knowledge in dentistry preferred
    • BS/BA degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
    • 5 years experience in healthcare/dental management with a strong track record of leading teams
    • Well developed planning, organizational, and analytical skills
    • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast paced environment
    • Capacity to manage multiple projects without sacrificing attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to prepare and present to large groups
    • Ability to adapt and respond effectively to stressful situations
    • Sound decision making skills, drive and desire to succeed by doing the right thing
    • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Programs
    • Flexibility to travel extensively, often with minimal notice (position requires 75-80% travel)



    Selected individual will be required to pass a background check and drug screen.
