Job Description Classification:  Lender - Mortgage Compensation:  $15.68 to $18.15 per hour Mortgage Loan Processor opportunity with a leading Ann Arbor area employer. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for processing FHA files while managing a pipeline of 30+ loans and will need to be familiar with foreclosure and short sale processes. The Mortgage Processor will also work closely with customers and clients so will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills. Job RequirementsCandidates that will succeed in the Mortgage Loan Processor position will be extremely detail-oriented in order to review loans for accuracy and will be proficient with Excel. The ideal candidate will also have 2+ years of experience in underwriting FHA loans, foreclosure and short sales processes.
