The Dedicated Recovery Coach carries a caseload and works toward assuring smooth and effective service delivery to all families and individuals in need.
•Bachelor’s Degree in related field•Master’s Degree in Related field•Case Management Experience with adult members•Current TB test•CPR/First Aide (Adult and Child)•Valid Arizona driver’s license (without restrictions)•Current automobile insurance•Must be eligible for fingerprint clearance approval without restrictions (and maintain during employment)•Prior behavioral health experience preferred•Bilingual Spanish preferred
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
•Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation•Timely completion of mandated paperwork•Maintain productivity standards•Complete all required training•Flexibility and ability to manage ever-changing priorities, to meet the urgent requirements of the client/family•Ability to coordinate and communicate with multiple parties (Schools, PCJCC, PCP etc.) in a timely manner•Ability to advocate and articulate the client’s current psychiatric needs to medical and clinical staff, as well as hospital step down agencies•Conduct assessments, crisis intervention, individual and family services•Develop a working relationship with out of home service providers, such as psychiatric hospitals and as a liaison between providers and clinical staff. She/he will collaborate with the Utilization Management/Quality Management Department to meet RBHA deadlines•Effectively use the Electronic Health Record system•Maintain ethical standards and professional boundaries
