Job Description Lumenis Ltd. develops, manufactures and markets state-of-the-art proprietary laser and intense pulsed light devices. Its systems are used in a variety of aesthetic, surgical and ophthalmic applications, including skin treatments, hair removal, non-invasive treatment of vascular lesions and pigmented lesions, acne, ENT, gynecology, urinary lithotripsy, benign prostatic hyperplasia, open angle glaucoma, secondary cataracts, age-related macular degeneration, and refractive eye correction, as well as neurosurgery. PRIMARY FUNCTIONThe Service Operations Planner provides service spare parts inventory analysis and planning for the America's Service Organization. The primary responsibility is to utilize data derived from our ERP systems and other tools to effectively manage Service spare parts inventories and ensure that control mechanisms are optimized providing timely fulfillment corresponding with Service SLA objectives. The position requires planning for new and existing products, allocation process and release strategies, field inventory levels, and RMA process efficiency. This role -will support scheduling and work planning for the Service Repair Center and other activities related to the servicing of customer owned and Lumenis Demo products. RESPONSIBILITIES' Gather, analyze and present complex inventory and service performance data in a concise and effective manner.' Perform inventory planning and fulfillment activity for the America's Service.' Responsible for allocation control for field service and after-sale orders.' Monitor safety stock availability and delivery per defined inventory levels and communicates proactive action communiques to avert shortages.' Alert downstream constituents when material availability may not meet requirements.' Track and analyze spare part consumption trends and SLA performance.' Primary Service Point of Contact for Comm. Center, Field Service, and GSO. ' Will interface with Service and Operations teams and Management.' Directly participates in the development and execution of Service inventory management initiatives.' Take initiative to investigate performance, assess risk, evaluate solutions, and recommend improvement opportunities' Process development, continuous improvement background, (Lean, 5S)
Job RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS' ERP Experience, SAP, Oracle, preferred, MFG-Pro a plus' Minimum 3 years of qualified experience preferably with Global Service background' Analytically proficient in Excel' Must be customer oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.'
