Compensation:  $12.00 to $15.00 per hour

Individuals eligible for this position have experience working with loans and have a strong attention to detail. In this position the candidate will be reviewing mortgage loan documents to identify loan data such as note date, note amount, first and last payment date, etc, and will also be considered subject matter experts on operational issues related to specific processes or functions.This is a short-term, temporary, 1st shift opportunity. Responsibilities and Requirements for a Loan Servicing Support Specialist include:• Performing a variety of operational tasks for the most complex processes or functions • Receiving and reviewing incoming work while also verifying accuracy• Coordinating of information among various operational areas and customers• Resolving complex customer issues• Ability to use multiple online systems • Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents• Ability to multitask effectively• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite• 3+ years of related experience is preferredPrime candidates for this role have previous experience within the mortgage industry and have strong attention to detail. Hours for the Loan Servicing Support Specialist position are 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
