Job Description Classification: Customer Service

Compensation: $13.30 to $15.40 per hour

Sr. HR Customer Service Representative needed during benefit enrollment timeline. Individual will be responsible for answering employee inquiries for dental, vision and medical healthcare plans. Individual will be receiving inbound calls, emails, and some walk-ins. Candidate will also be responsible for maintaining call center records, conduct research, and share knowledge with team members on a continual basis. Bilingual Spanish/English required!

Job RequirementsIntermediate Benefits Administration, Intermediate Typing 45-60 WPM, Intermediate MS Excel, Intermediate MS Word, Conduct Business Spanish.
