Classification: Trade/Sales Assistant
Compensation: $12.00 to $13.00 per hour

Our client is seeking an Insurance Representative with great customer service skills and experience in insurance. In this position the candidate will be taking inbound phone calls and pre-screening potential customers while gathering necessary information to meet customer needs. This is a temporary, full-time, 1st shift opportunity. Responsibilities and Requirements for an Insurance Representative include:•Taking inbound calls from customers•Pre-screening potential customers•Gathering necessary information to assist Sales Agents•Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills•Customer Service experience•Experience in Insurance is a plus•Microsoft Office skills Individuals who have previous customer service experience, are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and are efficient problem solvers are leading candidates for this role! Hours for the Insurance Representative position are 11:30AM-9:00PM, four days during the week and 10:00AM-4:00PM on Saturdays.
