We are currently interviewing for the following direct hire position: SAP Basis AdministratorDallas, TXDirect Hire DescriptionCreates, monitors, manages, troubleshoots and patches SAP landscapes and transport code changes between landscapes in order to provide support of various systems. Reviews growth and performance of SAP landscapes to avoid outages or degradation of service levels.Utilizes advanced SAP administration and troubleshooting techniques to complete complex assignments or to solve difficult problems.Mentors, coaches and supports other IT staff to improve technical abilities; and assist in completion of challenging assignments.Keeps abreast of the latest SAP technologies, and enhancements. Understands and communicates the relevance and application in the workplace. Researches and implements enhancements and new technologies as required.Simultaneously assigned to multiple projects. Delegates routine and less complex tasks to project team members as appropriate.Works with senior level staff to define and implement standards for implementation and administration of SAP systems.Provides risk assessments regarding development and maintenance of Information Technology security functions that protect information availability and integrity.Plans and designs control functions to maintain segregation of duties for SOX controls.Reviews SAP systems and makes recommendations for changes, to ensure efficiency and integrity of information.Creates documentation to support the maintenance, change and recoverability of information.Evaluates and tests the integrity and recoverability of data by reviewing and testing proper back-up and recovery procedures. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology or a related field5 years of experience in SAP systems installation and administration with three or more of the following SAP modules: ECC, CRM, BI, BW, PI and Solution Manager.
