Job Description Solar City is currently hiring for a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Account Manager Advisor in our Las Vegas, NV territory. We will be hosting a Hiring Event on Wednesday May 22nd &Thursday May 23rd 2013.

 

 

Upon successful completion of a phone interview, you may be invited to meet with the hiring managers at this event. Hiring managers will be prepared to extend offers at the event to those candidates that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities

 

  • Contribute to the success of the organization by guiding quality prospects through the sales channel
  • Manage lead flow to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully grow team sales
  • Schedule consultations over the phone for our sales representatives
  • Determine suitability of sites using proprietary tools and satellite technology
  • Exceed set quotas and work in a fast paced environment
  • Deal effectively with all inquiries and represent SolarCity in a professional manner
  • Must be able to elicit customer’s interest and concerns while providing pertinent information to the customer
  • Job Requirements

     

    • Have at least 1 year sales experience with a proven track record
    • Bilingual - Spanish speaking
    • Previous call center experience is preferred
    • Ability to learn new technology and procedures
    • Be proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
    • Must be customer focused at all times to ensure high quality of customer satisfaction.
    • Previous knowledge of solar power is preferred
    • Proven track record in working in a target driven environment
    • Previous experience carrying a sales quota
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Ability to use sound judgment in the qualifying process
    • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal screen
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
    • Excellent customer service skills required
    • Excellent telephone skills
