Humana is seeking an Agent Support Unit Specialist who will address and resolve routine and non-routine agent and partner concerns directly, reporting your findings to the appropriate business and functional areas to drive process enhancements.

  • Answer inquiries on steps to become contracted with Humana and the certification process.
  • Resolve agent’s concerns related to enrollment and marketing materials.
  • Respond to barriers to perfect service in a consistent fashion, adhering to all regulatory requirements and internal processing timelines and guidelines

  • Job Requirements

    Role Essentials

    • High School Diploma
    • Comprehensive knowledge of customer service standards
    • Knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Ability to multi-task using several systems at once
    • Must be able to work any 8 hour schedule between 8 AM – 9 PM Monday – Friday and flexibility to work overtime, including some Saturdays.


    Role Desirables

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
    • CI (Customer Interface) experience

    Reporting Relationships

    • You will report to a frontline leader or a department manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
